This Christmas season has been super busy. I’m leading the Winter Chill Challenge, so I’ve been busy trying to fit in my workouts around all the amazing family time I’ve been having. My son went down for a voluntary nap (that never happens) so I have a bit of time for a quick “Motivate Me Monday” post.
Lately I’ve been including the Motivate me Monday posts with the Winter Chill update, but since many Challengers are busy with their families this week, I’m postponing the Week 4 Check-in till Thursday. I will share with you this week’s workout plan with this post today.

I’m off from work all week, which allows me to spend some much-needed time relaxing at home with my son and my husband. Even though I’m at home, it’s been somewhat busy and blogging (and mostly social media) had to take a step back. This week, I’m hoping to accomplish:
1000 m swim shopping (a girl must have her priorities) & 30 min dog walking
Tuesday: 30 min dog walking & 5 km run
Wednesday: 1000 m swim & dog walking
Thursday: New Years Eve run (not sure how long) & dog walking
Friday: dog walking
Saturday or Sunday: 13 or 14 km run & dog walking
