I started running about 1 year ago to date, 6 weeks after having a C-section, and I hit a huge milestone today! I achieved a 10 km run. I took me 65 minutes to run 10 Km, but I achieved my goal! And it feels really good, and my muscles will feel really sore tomorrow!
My average pace was about 6:30/km. When I run a 5 Km, my pace is about 5:30/km. Now that I have achieved this goal, I can always work towards improving my 10Km time.
The Adidas miCoach app says I burned 652 calories in the process. Bonus!
