After seeing great success with the 21 Day Fix, I’m starting a second round. This time, however, I’m doing a 21 day fix running hybrid since I have an obstacle mud run to train for.
I haven’t been putting in a lot of running mileage so far this year. I found the right program that would help me with all 3 of my goals: the 21 Day Fix. I already did a full round with great success. You can read my full review of the 21 Day Fix. This time around, I want to incorporate some running in my 3 week program.
