I’ve set 3 main goals for 2017 which take me back to the basics. I want to feed myself like an athlete, build a strong core and do more strength training. Here are 5 core exercises for runners that I will be adding to my core workouts.
My Core Workout Plan
The best way for me to succeed with my goals is to write my plans. I’m more likely to accomplish what I set out to do that way. Here are the 5 core exercises for runners I’m planning on doing for my core workouts for the next few weeks. I will start with 15 reps of the following 5 exercises. I will start with two sets, working my way up to 3. Please note that I am not a professional.Looking for a stronger core? Check out these 5 core exercises for runners! Click To Tweet
