1. This Blog… Blog Genie
I’ve come across the Blog Genie on a recommendation from Laura from Girls Gone Sporty. I don’t have a lot of time to read through many websites, but hers has a great amount of useful blogging advice. You’ll notice that I’ve changed how I create my images on my blog. That’s because I have created a Style Guide based on this great post How to Create a Style Guide for Your Blog Graphics.
2. This Pinterest Pin… Tight Hamstring Relief
If you have tight hamstrings, you can find relief in just 3 minutes with a Tennis ball. I have to say, I tried this, and I’ve been doing it every since my twin sister shared this pin with me. It works! It doesn’t just stretch your tight hamstrings, it also gives your feet a really nice foot massage!
3. This iPhone App…Waterlogue
I first heard about Waterlogue from my friend Myra of Winterthorne.org. It’s an app that turns photos into realistic looking water colours. I’ve had it in the back of my mind for months and I finally purchased it. Now I’m obsessed! I’ve been turning all my photos into water colours. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll see what I mean about my obsession! It will be useful for creating images for this blog.
4. This YouTube Video…Yoga for Runners
This video gives you a good stretch designed for runners. I tend to have constant tight muscles, so yoga, particularly yoga for runners, is good for me to practice.
5. This pair of pants… from Old Navy
I love these pants so much that I bought them in Amalgam (shown in the image below) and in black. They are so comfortable, they are like wearing yoga pants, but they are not. These pants are a linen/rayon blend so they don’t wrinkle as much as linen. I love that I can wear them to work! They are perfect for this warmer spring season!
