So, what does a Running blogger write about when they are not running? Well, that’s a question I had myself. I created a survey a few weeks ago and fished for some inspiration and my readers input! l’m glad I reached out to you for some inspiration. Turns our your struggles are similar to my own struggles, healthy eating. From the survey results, it was very obvious that you suffer from lack of inspiration with healthy lunch ideas, as well as when it comes to healthy eating, what’s worth splurging on, what’s worth skimping on.
So, with that information in my back pocket, I will be doing more food posts in the weeks to come that will help with our struggles. I have done lots of brainstorming and have some great ideas. Now I just need the time to create!

Before my pregnancy, my daily step goal was up to 15,000 steps a day! As soon as I got pregnant, I was hit hard with a serious lack of energy. I could barely get 3000 steps a day in. Now that the first trimester is out of the way, my energy is slowly returning, (although I still nap as often as I can). I’ve slowly increasing my daily steps again! Today I made it way past 8000 steps! I’m Hoping to be back to at least 10,000 steps shortly! Here’s to my dog Charlie for keeping me accountable! Saturday: a.m and p.m walks with the dog & Yoga
Sunday: a.m and p.m walks with the dog & Yoga
