Ahhhh! I’m not feeling well! I haven’t done any exercise besides walking in a whole week! I am afraid this will affect my running time! Argggh!
Once I recover from this summer cold, I will be challenging myself to another round of P90X3 and combine with running twice a week. I believe that this time, I will pick the “lean” version instead of the classic. I want to see how my results will change this time! Stay tuned for my results once more!
Also, I want to add that I am very proud of my twin sister! Through hard work and changing her eating habits, she is now only 10 lbs away from my current weight (which is was my goal weight, and the weight I aim to stay at).
