Hi Everyone. How have your holidays been so far? I hope you have taken some time to kick your feet up and relax! But it’s possible you have been going and going like me! Today was my first day to relax, but my Christmas has been a great one. It feels like just yesterday that we started this December Challenge and I find myself reporting on week 4 already. Let’s see if these running mommas were up to the challenge on this busy Christmas week.

Challenger 2: Cindy Fowler
Cindy did manage to get 3 workouts in this week, despite the busy time of year. She did two 5 km runs at about 27 minutes each and one 30 min Nike Training Club Workout. Cindy says “Thank goodness for this challenge as it motivated me to go out there and do what I did.” That’s 1.5 hours of activity she wouldn’t have been motivated to do without this challenge. Well done Cindy!
