If you read my blog post on Friday called Friday ‘Fess Up, you’ll remember that my nutrition has been less then stellar lately. It didn’t improved on the weekend either. I tried to track my calories I consumed Easter Sunday on MyFitnessPal, but when I hit 2200, I lost hope. If I burn approximately 630 calories running 10 km, it would need to run at least to 34 Kilometers to undo the damaged I did in one day! I need to get my eating under control.
With Easter behind me now, I’m ready to get back on track. I’m hoping to get back to meal planning next week and stick to my workout schedule.
I was happy to be travel a few hours this weekend to spend some time with my mom, and some of my sisters, including my identical twin sister Julie (pictured below).
Blogging while traveling is difficult, so my post is short and sweet this MotivateMe Monday. Here is what I’m planning to do this week:

Here is what I did last week:
Monday: PT exercises
Tuesday: Physio Therapy, PT exercises & Circuit Training
Wednesday: Circuit Training
Thursday: PT exercises and foam rolling
Saturday & Sunday: Easter Family Time
This week, I’m hoping to accomplish:
Tuesday: 30 min strength training for swimmers
Wednesday: 1000 m swiming
Thursday: 30 min spinning
Saturday or Sunday: 5 or 6 km run
