Winter (and snow) is just around the corner. On Friday, here in Niagara, the temperature was 18 degrees Celsius, the next day, the mercury dropped to a high of 4. So, here at Run Mommy Run, I’m gearing up for winter.

Monday: Weight Training at the Gym
