Winter (and snow) is just around the corner. On Friday, here in Niagara, the temperature was 18 degrees Celsius, the next day, the mercury dropped to a high of 4. So, here at Run Mommy Run, I’m gearing up for winter.
In honour of the snow coming soon to locations near you, here is a look back at some of RunMommyRun’s best Winter Posts.

Here is my training plan for the week:
Monday: Weight Training at the Gym
Wednesday: 30 min run
Friday: Recovery Day
Sunday: 7 km run
