It’s really difficult to believe that we are already one week into December. Yikes, times flies and Christmas is right around the corner. The conclusion of this week means it’s time for me and my three challengers to disclose how we have been doing with our first week of the December Challenge.

Final thoughts for this first week:
- Walking a little bit every day really ads up, Both Nancy and I proved that!
- Sometimes you have to be creative, like Nancy, who did 100 lunges while watching her kids at hockey practice.
- When you involve your kids in your physical activity everyone wins. I love how both Nancy and Cindy involved their kids.
- Stay positive, if you don’t feel like you did enough in one week, just challenge yourself to more next week.
