Cutting back on sugar was easy. I started by reducing how much I took in my coffee and no desserts or sweet treats on week days. I allow myself to indulge a bit on weekends. I stopped eating my veggies with dips and am using healthier salad dressing. These are just little things, but they add up. The next 15 pounds really just melted off between the end of June and August. I have kept up with exercising and a healthier diet. I participated in 4 competitive running and obstacle events this year.
