This weekend is Thanksgiving in Canada and it’s a long weekend (Hooray).
It’s family time in my household, so I’m just writing a quick post today to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and to share my workout plan for the week (I’m going to have to stick to it after indulging in all the yummy food).
I will be indulging in family favorites, including turkey, and this yummy contribution I made for our family dinner: Country Living Maple Meringue Sweet Potato Casserole. I don’t want to know how many calories are in this dish, but I really can’t wait to dig into it. It is going to be a real treat and it was super fun to make.
