Things have been a bit busy on in my household lately. Between working fulltime, taking an online course and spending time with my son, I don’t get to blog as often as I would like. That will change once I’m done with my on-line course as it will free up some precious time.
After battling a cold a few weeks ago, and a back/leg injury last week, I’m happy to report that I was out running again this weekend, finally! The massage I had the other day helped me recover and I was able to do a full 5 kilometer run yesterday morning. I think all that Halloween candy I ate also help me to load my carb stores. At least it’s what I tell myself.
Another reason I have been a bit quiet on Run Mommy Run.ca is because I’m also working a vlog post. I’m excited to try something new and I hope it works out the way I envision it. Hopefully I will be able to post it very soon!
