Happy Halloween everyone!
You know what’s scary? My lack of exercise in the last couple of weeks. I haven’t been feeling well, recovering from my cold and then the weather turned cold itself. The constant flip-flop of the temperature has my head hurting.
I’ve been working out or running outside during my lunch hour since the spring. I’m thinking perhaps it’s time for me to take things indoors and get a monthly membership at the gym close to my work. Something needs to change since I’m falling way behind on my 6-week Nike Training Club plan.
All I managed last week was a 5 km run and that was on Sunday because I finally started to feel better. I didn’t even manage my 10,000 steps a day goal. With Trick-or-Treating with my son on Monday, I’m hoping to at least hit my 10,000 steps if nothing more. OK, time to shake it off and move on.

I’m going to be re-doing the workouts I missed the last 2 week. Here is my Nike Training Club plan for the week:
Monday: taking 10,000 steps
Tuesday: Endurance: The Perfect 10 – 45 min
Wednesday: Recovery Day
Thursday: Endurance: Lean Fit Benchmark – 6 min
Friday: Recovery Day
Saturday: Recovery Day
Sunday: 30 min endurance Run – Fast Pace
