I heard that about 80% of loosing weight is in what you eat, 20% is exercise. After learning this I really changed how I eat. I cut down on sugar and I try to eat clean, which for me means I don’t buy processed foods. I have also added more protein to my diet. One way I do this is by using Protein Powder in a fruit shake. I’ll have a shake for breakfast or for a snack.
Here is my recipe for a Protein Shake:
1 scoop of Protein Powder
1 cup of fresh or frozen berries (I love strawberries and blueberries)
1/2 a banana
1 spoon of ground flax seeds
I top up my Bullet with some orange juice (I don’t enjoy milk in my shakes)
and voila! I have added some protein to my morning.
