A few weeks ago I had guest post written by my twin sister Julie about her 2014 New Years Resolution that turned into a healthy lifestyle all year round. If you missed her inspiring story, you can read it here.
I have been thinking about what I want out of 2015. I find that I am more likely to stick to my goals if I write them down. Sharing them with all of you will surely make me stick to them, so here are my Running Goals for 2015. Not only will I write them down, but I will post them on my bulletin board so I can see them everyday.
Running Goals for 2015
Train for and run in a 10 km race
Run an 5 km race
Run one race this year with my twin sister
Coordinate a work team for the Run For The Cure 5 km race again this year.
Improve my 5 km race pace (I would love to bring it down to 25 minutes)
Do more cross training
Use my lunch hour to train least 2 times a week
Now there you have it, now I have to stick to it. How many of you create yearly goals for yourselves. How many of you actually stick to your goals? Leave me a comment with your goals for 2015?
