With the arrival of spring, I’ve been all about the tomatoes lately. Although I love tomatoes so much I eat the all year-long, this is the season where they are the tastiest!
If you grow your own garden, you can grow all but one of the produce needed to make this tasty summery Salsa Fresca. All you need are tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime and a sprinkle of salt. This fresh tomato salad is the perfect accompaniment to any mexican dish. It would also taste great in a chicken wrap or on top of baked fish.Put away that processed jar of salsa and make this Salsa Fresca with only 5 simple ingredients, most of which you can grow in your own garden!
