I’m back this week for #MotivateMe Monday after a few week off from my laptop. Today, I’m introducing you to Sven Can See, an Anti-fog gel for glasses which will be helpful with the upcoming cold winter weather!
I was recently sent a 8 mL tube of Sven Can See to review. Along with the tube of anti-fog gel, I also received a soft cloth safe to use on eyewear. I have to say, Sven Can See is a product I never knew I needed till I tried it! I tested this anti-fog gel on my swimming goggles. Those pesky things always get foggy. Now I have an easy solution to keep fog at bay.
Who would use Sven Can See?
Besides swimmers with goggles, Sven Can See would be for anyone wears glasses, safety glasses, sunglasses or visors that get foggy. My husband suggested that it would be great for those hockey players with visors on their helmets. He’s planning on using it for his!
How to use Sven Can See?
Sven Can See is super easy to use, just three easy steps!
- Spray the solution on your glasses.
- Wipe off the solution.
Does it work?
Yes, I think it’s great! I wish I had some Sven Can See with me while training for Iron Girl in 2016. I didn’t know this type of product even existed! It really helps to keep my swim goggles from fogging up. It will definitely be part of my tri kit when I start training for Iron Girl 2018 (Oh yeah, that’s right, I’m already registered)!
Not only does Sven Can See work great and only costs $10.95 but it’s also boats the following:
- No Odor
- No Alcohol
- No Fumes
- Safe for all lens types including Anti-Reflective Lens and Prescription Lenses
- Safe for Kids.
Where can you buy Sven Can See?
Sven Can See is available in Marks Stores, but unfortunately, it’s not available online through Marks.com. You can buy it directly from Sven Can See website. Also, you can find the closest retailer here: http://www.svencansee.com/
I’m at the 5 month mark of my pregnancy. I was expecting my energy to return in my second trimester, but seems like this baby is needing most of it. He is definitely a very active baby. (Maybe he takes after his mom?)
As you’ve read above, you’ll see that I’ve signed up for my first 2018 event, Girl Grimsby, a triathlon sprint. I’m so excited to have a goal to look forward to. It will be 6 months post baby so I think I’ll have plenty of time to recover and train properly.
Here is how I did this week:
Since my energy level hasn’t been very high this week, I skipped my swim workout. Other than that, I’ve kept up with two daily walks with the dog. That’s pretty much all I can muster. I really wish I could get motivated to do yoga, because I know it’s so beneficial, I just can’t get into it.
Here is my modest but realistic plan this week:
Monday: a.m and p.m walks with the dog
Tuesday: a.m and p.m walks with the dog
Wednesday: a.m and p.m walks with the dog
Thursday: a.m and p.m walks with the dog & 20 swim lengths
Friday: a.m and p.m walks with the dog
Saturday: a.m and p.m walks with the dog & Yoga
Sunday: a.m and p.m walks with the dog
