Week 2 Meal Plan
Except for a few weak moments during the weekend, I mostly stuck to the meal plan this week. I’m really getting used to it now. Planning my meals seemed much easier this week. I think I’m getting used to this container system. I’ve also devised a formula that works well for me and I don’t have to do as much food journaling. The Cheat Sheet below shows you how I distribute my food containers throughout the day.
I did didn’t feel carb deprivation this week like I did last week either. Perhaps I’m getting used to less carbs, especially at breakfast. However, I did find that it was difficult to stay on the nutrition plan this weekend again since don’t plan like we do on week days.The results of Week 2 of the 21 Day fix are in! Week 2 Workouts
The workouts were just as difficult this week, however, my body didn’t suffer as much the next day like I did the first week of 21 Day fix. Now that I’ve done the workouts a second time, I’m starting to think that my favorite of the bunch is the Total Body Cardio Fix. Also, this week, to switch things up, I replaced the Cardio Fix with a 5 km run.
Week 2 Results
I didn’t expect to see much change this week. I weighed myself several times and I had only lost .5 lbs. However, when I weighed myself yesterday, the scale showed the loss of another pound! That’s a total of 3 lbs so far! If I lose a total of 4 or 5 lbs by the end of the week, I’ll call this a successful program!

Planning my workouts this week is super easy since I’m following the workout videos from 21 Day fix. I’m scheduled for the following:
Total Body Cardio Fix 5 km run
Monday: Upper Fix
Tuesday: Lower Fix
Wednesday: Flat Ab Fix
Thursday: Cardio Fix
Saturday: 7 Yoga Fix
