I had a busy week this week, and I have to admit to having skipped a few workouts. And, I did “cheat” a little during the week as well as far as following the nutrition plan. The tempting treats at work were too much for me to resist. Nonetheless, I still lost another pound, for a total of 4 lbs in 21 days. It’s close to my goal of 5 lbs. Also, I lost of total of 2 & 1/4 inches all over.
The workouts, although difficult the first week, seem more doable this week. I was able to complete them with no modification (except for push-ups, I can’t do push-ups)! I was definitely able to increase my weights or reps this week.
Despite a couple of missed workouts and the few cheat meals/snack, I still lost another pound, for a total of 4 lbs in 21 days. It’s so close to my goal of 5 lbs for these 21 days. Also, I lost of total of close to 2 inches all over. (not bad)
Tune in later this week for a full review of the 21 Day Fix program!
