Making a weekly meal plan saves time and money. It makes grocery shopping easier and less expensive because you only get what you absolutely need for the week. Making a weekly meal plan also helps get you out of a weekday meal rut. Our go to is usually pasta or eggs for dinner.
Another advantage of planning meals is that I can plan my week’s lunches based on the left overs from the dinner the night before. This prevents me from buying my lunches and making poor choices (which I tend to do a lot).
I created my first meal plan a few weeks ago; No Cheese or Bread for a Week Meal Plan. I decided to try to eat a whole week without cheese and bread, my two main staples. Proper planning proved to help me be successful in my test.
I’m back to eating both bread and cheese, but my husband and I enjoyed the benefits of meal planning so much that we decided to do it again. So I created a second weekly meal plan that I’m sharing with you today.
So, without further ado, here is this week’s meal plan.
